Belgium - 29th of november 2010

After quite a bit of absence (shame on me, I know), I received a nice postcard from Bruxelles, Belgium today. It came from a German postcrosser living there now. The funny thing about it: she is living about 30 km away from my hometown! Life is full of coincidences, don't you agree?

Vad vill du upptäcka?

What do you want to discover?

I received this card and a letter (both with the stamp below) from the wonderful A pic a week's owner. It really made my day!

Sorry for the bad quality on the pictures, but I had no time to scan today. -.-

Plus
Outgoing: 1 postcard

And weeee! Another reader! Hello, Deborah!

Ooops.

When I blogged the butterfly-stamps from Finland I totally did not see that I also have one from Sweden! Or rather: a couple of them!

Plus I had an outgoing postcrossing-card to Taiwan today. Let's see how long it will take it to arrive.

I so know what you mean...

... says the bear on the right side. This card came from a friend from Germany (= here :D ). Isn't that cute? She said I was the stone and she was the bear, due to my supermassive use of different languages.

On the stamp you can btw see one of Germany's most famous writers, Annette von Droste-Hülshoff.

Bridges

This wonderful stamp is from Italy, showing a bridge for trains. Isn't it a cute one?

Zambia

This stamp came from Sambia once. It's showing a Ngoma dancer. I have to say that I really love those... let's call them cultural stamps, especially, when they come from a country you have never been to or that isn't similar to the country you live in yourself.

Then I also go one more outgoing letter to Hungary today. Can't wait to post it in a couple of hours. And I think I have to buy new stamps by the end of this week. :P Again.

Butterflies

Sorry for having been a lazy blogger again but the past days have been more busy than I would have liked them to be. In fact I spent more time working and studying thann is healthy. But soon it's Christmas break. Soon. Hopefully.

Anyway. Today I'll show you some very nice stamps with butterfly-motives. All of them came from Finland.
